Rally Judging and Seminars

Anne Douglas started training rally in 2002, and achieved two of the earliest rally titles in Canada on her Portuguese Water Dog and Jack Russell Terrier. In 2004, she became a CARO judge. Anne is one of the few judges qualified to judge the Versatility level, and achieved one of the earliest Versatility titles with her Portuguese Water Dog, Jonah.

Anne's teaching style reflects her approach to the sport of rally: a focus on excellence with an emphasis on fun and games. Her dogs work happily and enthusiastically, but are first and foremost family pets.

Anne has trained obedience and agility with some of the top trainers in the country and her role as editor of DogSport magazine keeps her on the cusp of innovative training techniques. Her seminars emphasize relationship-building, teamwork, and fun.
